Touchless Kiosk
Touchless kiosks are revolutionizing self-service solutions, especially in high-traffic areas such as airports, where safety and convenience are paramount. My UX design approach emphasized creating an intuitive interface that accommodates a wide range of hand gestures and touchless interactions. These kiosks are powered by advanced AI and sensor technology, ensuring seamless navigation without physical contact, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
To develop a user-friendly solution, extensive testing was conducted in various environments, focusing on diverse user behaviors, hand shapes, and gestures. From simple swipes to more complex finger gestures, the touchless interface was refined through iterative design and real-time feedback, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for a wide range of users.
The result is a touchless kiosk experience that enhances safety, minimizes wait times, and provides an efficient, hands-free interaction tailored for high-traffic areas like airports, improving both user satisfaction and health standards.
