HoverTap™ Lift transforms elevator technology with a touchless solution designed to enhance safety and simplicity. My UX design process incorporated extensive user testing and exploration of various hand gestures, considering different hand shapes, outfits, and nail styles to ensure seamless interactions in a high-traffic environment.

Through low, mid, and high-fidelity prototyping, I meticulously observed how users interacted with touchless buttons in elevators. By gathering feedback and refining designs based on real-world testing, the touchless experience was optimized for accuracy and ease of use. The result is an intuitive interface powered by AI and electric field sensing technology that eliminates high-touch surfaces, ensuring a safe and efficient journey for every user.
